IBF welterweight champion Randall Bailey recently criticized his September 8th opponent Devon Alexander for letting his trainer do the talking for him.

In an article that recently ran on BoxingScene.com, Bailey said - "Kevin (Cunninfgham) gonna do a lot of yelling in that corner talking all that shit and he's not the one backing
it up."

Former unified junior welterweight champion Devon Alexander spoke to BoxingScene and said that the mission had been accomplished and that his trainer/manager had done his job.

"Obviously Kevin did his job because he's in your head now. But on September 8th I will be the one that puts you out of your misery," said the low-key Alexander.

Bailey-Alexander takes place on September 8th and will be broadcast on Showtime. The recent back and forth battle heated up with Bailey's reluctance to  face Alexander in his hometown of St. Louis and Cunningham stating that, "even if the fight was on Mars we would still whoop his ass."
