The manager of Denis Lebedev, Vladimir Hryunov, said the future plans of his Russian boxer will depend on the upcoming decision of the World Boxing Organization (WBO), which is considering the filed appeal regarding the outcome of Lebedev's recent loss with world cruiserweight champion Marco Huck.
"The final decision of the WBO will be made next week. Depending on that, we'll see whether he will participate in the planned cruiserweight tournament in Germany with six of the best boxers in his division. We continue to receive letters from various countries with words of support: from boxers, and from ordinary people. Today, for example, we got a touching letter from India - from 16-year-old boy. He sent a videotape of his fights and asked for advice: to point out his mistakes and when he should move to the professionals," Hryunov said.
