Top cruiserweight contender, 32-year-old Denis Lebedev (22-1, 17 KOs), has revealed that he might return in late October or early November. Lebedev would be open to facing any of the champions, like IBO king Antonio Tarver (29-6, 20 KOs), but he prefers to get a rematch with WBO champion Marco Huck (33-1, 24 KOs, who previously won a close split decision over the Russian boxer. Lebdev last fought on May 21 in Moscow, knocking out former champion Roy Jones Jr. in the tenth round.
