Heavyweight contender Mark de Mori says former two-division world champion David Haye is coming back to the sport because his countrymen, Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua, are now getting all of the press in the UK and overseas.

A few years ago, Haye was the hottest heavyweight on British soil. Much has changed since Haye's last fight in July of 2012, when he knocked out Dereck Chisora. Anthony Joshua is the viewed as the next big thing in the heavyweight division and Fury stunned the sport when he upset Wladimir Klitschko last November to capture the IBF/IBO/WBA/WBO heavyweight titles.

The two fighters will battle on January 16th at The O2 in London.

"I think it's a guy that misses the spotlight," De Mori said of Haye. "Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua, are getting all of the media and Haye doesn't want to feel like yesterday's man," De Mori told Sky Sports.  "David Haye has to be impressive, otherwise there is going to be a lot of negative press. I think he has got a lot of pressure. Has he come back for money or for fame? I can't say, but I think he's going to be in great shape."

De Mori and Haye are both punchers. The Australian contender expects the fight to last no more than four rounds. He says one of them is going down for the count from hard power shots. De Mori will be looking to land his money punch, the left hook, to the chin of Haye. The Hayemaker has been down before, but got off the floor to stop his opponents.

"I'll just be looking purely for one brutal left hook if I can," he said. "I can't see the fight going longer than four rounds, whoever wins. He can't run because the crowd will be expecting him to take me out and I can't run because it's just too boring to even consider it for me. We're going to meet in the centre of the ring and two guys are going to try to take each other's heads off. Someone is going to get knocked out early. I cannot see any way that it would go the distance."
