Golden Boy Promotions CEO Oscar De La Hoya has fired back in a new war of words with UFC President Dana White.

The two executives have been trading words since 2017, when De La Hoya was highly critical of a cross-sport pay-per-view boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and UFC superstar Conor McGregor.

In a recent interview, De La Hoya made it clear that it would take him no more than two rounds to eliminate McGregor, if the two of them met in a boxing match.

"Two rounds," De La Hoya said to CBS Sports' State of Combat podcast.

"Oh come on, brother. Two rounds. One thing about me is I went for the kill, always. Look, Conor McGregor -- I love him in the Octagon, I respect him, I watch him all the time. But the boxing ring is a whole different story, it's a whole different story."

McGregor made his boxing debut in August of 2017, when he facing a returning Floyd Mayweather at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

After being advised of De La Hoya's prediction, McGregor took to social media and stated - "I accept your challenge, Oscar De La Hoya."

De La Hoya, a Hall of Famer and six division world champion, walked away from the sport in 2008, after suffering a one-sided TKO defeat at the hands of Manny Pacquiao.

During a Friday scrum interview, White reacted to De La Hoya's prediction of taking out McGregor in two rounds.

“Is f--king Oscar De La Hoya beautiful or what,” said White. “And did he ask for a two round fight?”

And De La Hoya quickly fired back at White.

"[Dana White], you are such a little bitch. Never laced a glove other than being a box aerobics teacher. The Fertitta brothers are the ones who built the business and you were lucky enough to just have 10% of UFC. Little bitch," De La Hoya fired off.

De La Hoya also sent a message to McGregor.

"For the record: McGregor, I never challenged you. I was just asked a question and I simply spoke the truth," De La Hoya stated.
