Curmel Moton and Giorgio Visioli have shared a verbal exchange in the Top Rank Gym in Las Vegas that is now doing the rounds on social media.

Visioli is now 10-0 (6 KOs) and the 22-year-old English southpaw lightweight is in Sin City, working with trainer Mark Tibbs.

Visioli fought five times in 2025.

Moton is 8-0 (6 KOs) and just 19, and when they started talking smack to each other, they referred to a previous sparring session.

“Why don’t you release your footage?” asked Visioli.

“I don’t got no footage,” Moton replied.

Then, as things progressed, Visioli said: “I didn’t come for you, you come for me. I’m training, you come for me… You knew I was here and you come for me.”

Moton replied: “No one even know you, they know you because of me.”

“You ain’t fought all year,” replied Visioli, of Moton’s comparative inactivity with two fights last year and not one since May.

“I’mma fuck you up right now,” said Moton.

“I’m more relevant than you,” added Visioli. “I’m more relevant than you, I’m telling you that for sure. You’ve beat up bums in sparring. You get viral of beating bums up.”

Visioli subsequently posted a story on his Instagram with “sign the contract” on it.

Moton is due to speak to fight in upstate New York on February 28 at the Turning Stone Casino.

Visioli had previously told the BBC that he’d be “shocked” is Moton ever released footage of their spar, and Visioli’s promoter Eddie Hearn said his fighter “smashed Moton to pieces.”

“Those comments came out of Eddie's mouth, but it was great work between me and Curmel," Visioli said in conversation with BBC Sport’s Dan George.

“The sparring was good though – it was my way all the time and he knows that for sure.”
