IBF welterweight champion Randall "The Knock-Out King" Bailey recently appeared on BoxingScene.com saying that he doesn't think a proposed September 8th clash against Devon Alexander "The Great" will actually happen.  The Florida native said that he still hasn't received a contract for the fight and reiterated that he doesn't plan on traveling to Alexander's hometown of St. Louis, Missouri where the former junior welterweight champion is a considerable draw.

With the fight still two months away, Alexander's manager and trainer Kevin Cunningham doesn't see what all the fuss is about. He told BoxingScene that Bailey has nothing to worry about except the fight itself.

"Hey Randall, why are you in such a rush to sign your retirement papers?," Cunningham said. "Calm down.  You are going to get that date, on September 8th with 'The Great'," Cunningham rhymed.
