The current owner of World Boxing Association's junior middleweight title, Miguel Cotto, is enjoying his stay in London, England. Cotto is spending a few days in England to help promote his clothing line developed with urban fashion entrepreneur Marc Ecko.
"It's my first visit to London. It is a beautiful city, striking," said Cotto to Jose Sanchez. "I've been very well received here by the English boxing fans."
Currently, Cotto is waiting for something concrete on his next fight. He wants to return in early 2011, either against Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr., or the winner of the November 13 clash between Manny Pacquiao and Antonio Margarito.
Cotto was asked if he had a favorite to win the Pacquiao-Margarito fight. He was knocked out by both men at the welterweight limit. Cotto doesn't feel a big swing in one direction or the other. He could see the fight going either way.
"I have no favorite (to win). It is a very important fight for both and I'm sure it will be a great match for the fans," Cotto said.
