As expected, the first in what may turn out to be a series of lawsuits stemming from the fallout of Jose Luis Castillo being unable to make weight for his third meeting with Diego Corrales on June 3.
Diego Corrales and his promoter Gary Shaw, hired legal guru Judd Burstein to handle the case and he wants Castillo suspended for two years, Top Rank to be investigated as to whether or not they knew about Castillo being unable to make weight and they want the same investigation done with respect to Erik Morales.
