Lee's got power, decent skills and heart, but as we saw last night, he lacks defense bigtime. He would not hold up very good against a big puncher like Martinez...

McEwan needs better conditioning. He got knocked down and out because of the fatigue as much as anything else. It wasn't even a 12 round fight. Great fight for the fans and HBO.

Mcewan kicked his ***.
Lee stands tall but gets hit so fukkin much. McEwan tired and lost in the last round and was well on his way to a win
Here is my scorecard, this isn't all of it though.
McEwan 2,4,5,6
Lee 1,3,7
Everything went downhill for McEwan, he got dropped plenty, there was no way he could win a decision.
Anyway, for anyone out there who hasn't seen this fight I highly recommend it, Lee showed alot of heart, but this fight proves what I already knew, that Lee is an average fighter, don't really see him going places, nonetheless he can be entertaining to watch.

The next obvious fight for Lee is a rematch with Vera. Both guys have had varied success since their first meeting 3 years ago and both guys are coming off of career wins (Lee with McEwan, Vera with Mora) and both are fun to watch. I think HBO would approve this fight in instant as supporting undercard...

Lee got a solid win.
But he's definity not what most thought he was.
Andy Lee-Chavez or Andy Lee-Wolak would be interesting.
