Heavyweight contender Derek Chisora has a lot of options at this feet, for his scheduled ring return on October 26th at the O2 Arena in London.
Chisora is set to be showcased as the co-featured bout to the junior welterweight showdown between Regis Prograis and Josh Taylor.
Chisora was scheduled to fight former WBO world champion Joseph Parker. But the fight fell out on Tuesday, after Parker withdrew with an illness. Also as part of the card, Lawrence Okolie will challenge Yves Ngabu for the European cruiserweight title and Ricky Burns will collide with Lee Selby in a battle of former world champions.
According to Chisora's promoter, Eddie Hearn, his phone has been mobbed with calls from representatives of several top contenders.
Among the people in the mix include former WBA champion Alexander Povetkin, current WBA "regular" champion Manuel Charr, Otto Wallin, Oscar Rivas, Michael Hunter, Martin Bakole and others.
A final decision on the opponent should be made in the coming days.
"We've had a number of calls from representatives of a lot of the top 15, looking to take this fight," Hearn told Sky Sports.
"Right now, the likes of Alexander Povetkin, Michael Hunter, Oscar Rivas, Otto Wallin, Manuel Charr and Martin Bakole are all in the mix - and we're looking to make a decision this weekend."
Most of the names were recently in action - with Povetkin defeating Hughie Fury back in August, Michael Hunter defeated Sergey Kuzmin last month, and Wallin came close to a shocking upset last month when he inflicted a severe cut over the right eye of Tyson Fury, who ultimately won a twelve round unanimous decision.
