The fourth installment of Matchroom's NXTGEN series kicked off in the Cruiserweight division tonight at York Hall.

Chamberlain dominated proceedings throughout always looking to target the body of Jervier with big hooks, but his 36-year-old opponent was undeterred for large portions of the contest always coming forward and willing to trade at times.

The 23-year-old Chamberlain was warned for the use of his head after landing it on the chest, forcefully, of Jervier in the 4th.

Jervier was weathering storms consistently in this contest, taking hooks to the head and saw his gumshield fly out in the 5th round after a solid right hand from
Chamberlain.

Things were comfortable for Chamberlain, who is now targeting domestic honours, and a peach of a left hook knocked some fight out of Jervier in the 6th.

With just under 90 seconds left in the sixth the body shots from Chamberlain took their toll after he dug in a left hook which saw Jervier sink to the floor. To his credit Jervier got back up but a right hand to the back of his ear saw him on unsteady legs and forced referee Jeff Hinds to wave the fight off.

Afterwards, Chamberlain said he was targeting Commonwealth Cruiserweight champion Luke Watkins who won the title recently.

"100% I want Luke Watkins for the Commonwealth title. It'll be a great fight for the fans. Let's get it on."

The one fight that is on the lips of fans is that of Chamberlain against Matchroom prospect Lawrence Okolie. A rivalry has been brewing between the pair.

"It's a fight that everyone is talking about," said Chamberlain. "I'm working hard, he's working hard and we'll definitely meet down the line."
