The undefeated super flyweight Cesar Seda was forced to withdraw from his fight on February 18 in Ponce due to an injury where he hurt the knuckles of his right hand and it hasn't healed as quickly as the boxer planned.
"I will not fight. In the last fight I skinned a knuckle and got bacteria in there. And I got an infection and I'm waiting for what the doctor says. But we're not going to take a risk as a world title fight is close. I would love to face Omar Narvaez and Hugo Cazares. Whoever is first to give me the opportunity. What I want is a world title, "he said.
He said that for a time he will compete at 115 pounds and then go up to bantamweight and then 122.
