There are rumblings in Puerto Rico of a possible fight between super flyweight punchers Hugo Cazares (36-7-2, 26KOs) and Cesar Seda Jr. (21-1, 15KOs). 

In their most recent fights, both boxers took "over the weight" stay-busy opponents. A Cazares-Seda meeting is reportedly possible for early 2012, with some form of championship title at stake.
