Castellanos-Alvarado Title Clash Lands in Puerto Vallarta

WBC featherweight silver champion Robinson “Robin” Castellanos (19-9, 12 KOs) will put his crown on the line against René "Gemelo" Alvarado (19-2-0, 13 KOs) on February 15th in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

This card is the first promoted by “Pacific Boxing” of Pepe Gómez, Guillermo Rocha and Alberto Bishop, in alliance with Golden Boy Promotions.
 
Castellanos will defend his crown for the ninth time. He conquered his title over Alberto “Kichis” Garza and defended it against Sergio Estrela, Aldimar Silva, Orlando Rizo, Miguel Ángel González, Omar Estrella, Édgar Ramírez, Celestino "Pelenchin" Caballero and Derrick Wilson.

The undercard will feature current WBC intercontinental youth champion Roberto "Tito" Manzanarez (25-1-0, 21 KOs), who will face Carlos "Coreano" Rodríguez (8-0-0, 3 KOs).
 
On this same card “Gemelo” Alvarado will also fight, building on the success of 14 victories in a row.
