At the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, former WBO welterweight champion Carlos Quintana (27-2, 21 KOs) finally returned to the ring, stopping Jesse Feliciano (15-8-3, 9 KOs) in three rounds.

Quintana seemed a bit rusty at the start and was suffered a flash knockdown in the second round. He managed to regroup, boxing and landing some stiff punches. Feliciano suffered a bad cut above his right eye during the contest and the fight was stopped in the third round.
