SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO- Former Olympian Carlos Negron will fight again next September 12 in the card Undefeated Champions presented by PR Best Boxing Promotions in the Coliseo de Puerto Rico Jose Miguel Agrelot, that will have world champions Ivan “Iron Boy” Calderon and Roman “Rocky” Martinez in defenses of their titles.

Negron (4-0, 4KO’s) won past Friday, August 21, over Geovante Davis in the card San Juan Boxing Nights by TKO in the second round after been knocked down in the first round by a hard right punch of Davis.

This time, Negron will battle in 185 pounds at sis rounds for the first time in his career. Negron’s bout will be transmitted in the Pay Per View on September 12 along with other three fights.

The principal fight on September 12 is WBO junior flyweight champion Ivan “Iron Boy” Calderon (32-0-1 6KO’s), from Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, in a defense against Rodel Mayol (25-3-1, 19 KO’s). This fight is a rematch of their June 13 fight when after an accidental headbutt and a hurt on the head of Calderon the bout was stopped and ended in a technical draw after six rounds.

The coestelar fight is WBO junior lightweight champion Roman “Rocky” Martinez (22-0-1, 13 KO’s) versus argentinian Vicente Martin Rodriguez (25-2, 13 KO’s)

The card will be transmitted on Pay Per View at $39.95 for all of the cable Systems (IN Demand) and by DIRECTV.
