Former champion Carl Froch claims that he was pushed around into facing Mikkel Kessler in Denmark. As the third stage of the Super Six Boxing Classic approaches, Froch is standing his ground on fighting in Arthur Abraham's backyard of Germany. He doesn't think a decision can be won in Germany. Froch is interested in fighting Abraham at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada on September 18.

"The next fight is all or nothing for me," Froch told thisisnottingham. "I'm only going to fight on my terms. I won't be pushed around this time. I won't be going anywhere east of Nottingham to fight. I don't mind Canada but I am not going to Poland or Monaco. And I'm not fighting in Berlin – there's no chance of getting a verdict there."

Froch blames the travel delays attributed to volcanic ash cloud for damaging his training for Kessler. He hopes to beat Abraham to force a rematch with Kessler in the semi-finals. Kessler won a twelve round decision over Froch to capture the WBC title in April.

"My preparation was shot to pieces. I didn't have my usual sharpness," Froch said. "I had Kessler hurt in the fifth and usually I would have finished it off. But the energy and aggression weren't there. I'd love to get him in the semis because I know how to beat him now."
