Osenohad 'Cano' Vazquez (6-1, 2 KOs) will not fight on June 1 against Rafael "El Pollo Blanco 'Gonzalez (7-0, 6 KOs) on "A Puno Limpio" card being staged by PR Best Boxing. Vazquez contracted a throat infection and has a high fever. His trainer Dennis Pantoja pulled him from the fight.
"He suffered a throat infection and had a high fever. He wanted to fight but I said no. At stake is your health and your career is on the line. Whether you fight with Gonzalez or whoever, you have to be in good health. He will not be on the card," Pantoja said.
