Liverpool’s Callum Smith (17-0, 12 early) and Rocky Fielding (21-0, 12 KOs) will vie for the vacant British Super middleweight title at the city’s Echo Arena on November 7th.  The Eddie Hearn-promoted fight was announced on Matchroom’s Twitter feed earlier today.

The BBBoC mandated showdown will see both Liverpudlians put their undefeated records on the line for the title that was previously held by two-time world title challenger Paul Smith, Callum’s brother.

They warmed up for the fight when co-headlining a show in Liverpool on June 26.  Smith defeated Christopher Rebrasse by unanimous decision and Fielding wiped out Brian Vera in two rounds to stay on track for their derby showdown.
