Celestino 'Pelenchín' Caballero have made a decision to make the featherweight division their home. The boxer and his attorney Rogelio Espino are going to target a fight with Jonathan Barros of Argentina. Barros won the vacant WBA "regular" featherweight title last weekend with a controversial seven round stoppage of Irving Berry. Barros is one of three WBA champions at the weight. Chris John and Yuriokris Gamboa are both "WBA super champions" at 126-pounds.

"We know that the other champions, like Juan Manuel Lopez and Yuriorkis Gamboa, do not have the same interest to fight the best, and we believe that this title is the most accessible," said Espino.

Caballero is trying to regroup after losing an upset ten round split decision to Jason Litzau last month in Las Vegas.
