Former world champion Celestino 'Pelenchín' Caballero (37-5, 24KOs), 38-years-old, is working hard in the gym to shed off nearly a year of ring rust.
After eight months of inactivity in boxing, Caballero will face dangerous Mexican super featherweight contender Adrian 'Dianante' Estrella (18-0, 17KOs) on October 4th in Monterrey.
"We are preparing with discipline, dedication and commitment, as it will be a tough fight. He has quality, but we have a winning will, and the only possibility for us is victory," insisted Caballero.
Caballero has decided to stay in Panama for training, choosing not to use Jeff Mayweather of Las Vegas for this match.
The WBC FECARBOX super featherweight title held by Estrella is being contested in the fight.
If Caballero suffers a loss, he admits the future of his career will be jeopardy.
