Stephan Larouche, the trainer of IBF super middleweight champion Lucian Bute, wasn't very impressed with Andre Ward (25-0, 13 KOs) recent decision win over Carl Froch (28-2, 20 KOs), where Ward won the Super Six tournament and unified the WBC/WBA titles at 168-pounds. The one thing that made Larouche happy, was Ward's ability to expose the weaknesses in Froch's style of fighting.
"Ward is exxtremely bright, he does everything well but nothing exceptional. He exposed the weaknesses of Carl Froch in this fight. Froch does not move much, he is not agile and has a lack of balance," Larouche said.
There are ongoing negotiations taking place to match Bute (30-0, 24 KOs) against Froch in the early part of 2012.
