Glen Johnson, Andre Dirrell, Peter Quillin and Dmitry Pirog are all being mentioned as potential rivals for the November return of IBF super middleweight champion Lucian Bute. The Canadian star was scheduled to face former champion Kelly Pavlik, who walked away from the fight after being upset with the offered purse of $1.35 million dollars.

Netboxe/BoxingScene.com had the opportunity to speak briefly with Peter "Kid Chocolate" Quillin, who tells us that he won't accept an to face Bute.

"I have not received an offer, and if I did I do not think that I would take this fight because my weight is 160-pounds," Quillin said.

During a conversation with American writer Steve Kim, former champion Glen Johnson confirmed his interest in accepting a fight with Bute. Johnson recently participated in the Super Six tournament, and sparred with Bute more than once while they were training for upcoming fights in Florida.
