Budler-Silvestre Showdown is Ordered By The WBA

The World Boxing Association has ordered the minimum 105-pound champion, Hekkie Budler (27-1, 9KOs) and his team to negotiate his fight mandatory against Jesus Silvestre (30-5, 22KOs) as indicated by Rule 11 Championships. The Championships Committee gave 30 days to negotiate the mandatory fight between Budler and Wildlife, from the period of November 19 to December 19, 2014.
