VIP Promotion’s have had to push their Blackpool Tower bill, scheduled for tomorrow night, back a week due to an unforeseen delay in processing the fighters’ medicals.  Steve Wood, who runs VIP, has told Boxingscene that the show will now go ahead on Saturday the 6th of March, and with the same main event as before.

Top of the rescheduled bill sees Brian Rose square off against Bertrand Aloa for the vacant International Masters light-middleweight title.  Rose has not fought since defeating Jason Rushton, who rushed to hospital in the aftermath of the fight, back in October.

Wood has pledged to keep the bill as intact as humanely possible over the next week but has offered fans a full refund should they decide to return their tickets.  Refunds will be made available from the original point of sale.
