Hard Rock Casino, Las Vegas, NV - BoxingScene.com caught up with former lightweight champion Brandon Rios who was on hand to watch his stablemate Jesus Cuellar knockout Juanma Lopez in 2 rounds in the FoxSports 1 co-featured fight.
Rios last fought in August when he defeated Diego Chaves via disqualification. He said that the tentative plan is for him to return late in the fall.
"My managers and promoter are looking at November or December. Either way I will be ready to go," Rios stated.
As for who he would like to face, Rios sad he is open to facing anyone and said that he and Mike Alvarado still have a score to settle.
"Of course I would fight him again. It's 1-1. That fight will always be there. If it's next then let's do it. I will fight whoever they put in front of me," Rios told BoxingScene.com.
