TOP Rank promoter Bob Arum is reportedly planning a big fight for Filipino ring idol Manny Pacquiao sometime next March at the plush, new Wynn Hotel and Casino on the island of Macau.
Pacquiao, who decided to skip the opening of the spanking resort in Macau to which he had been invited, has resumed training in General Santos City after reportedly missing two days of workouts.
He is scheduled to leave for Los Angeles on Sept. 14 to be at special ringside for the much-awaited rematch between super featherweight champion Marco Antonio Barrera and Rocky Juarez on Sept. 16 before attending a major press conference on his Grand Finale with legendary Mexican Erik “El Terrible” Morales at the Beverly Hills Hotel the following day.
Pacquiao is also likely to see his manager Shelly Finkel, who handles Juarez, following reports that he plans not to renew the contract with the Finkel management team, which includes lawyers Nick Kahn and Keith Davidsonm when it expires on Jan. 31. Ronnie Nathanielsz
