According to WBC light heavyweight champion Bernard Hopkins (52-5-2, 32KOs), Saturday's rematch with Chad Dawson (30-1, 17KOs) is possibly his last fight as a professional.

Hopkins, 47-years-old, began his career in Atlantic City in 1988. He might end his career this Saturday night, which also takes place in Atlantic City. Two of Hopkins' biggest wins took place in Atlantic City, against Kelly Pavlik and Antonio Tarver, and he wants to make Dawson to become another "Atlantic City execution."

Hopkins previously retired in 2006, after beating Tarver, but then returned a year later against Winky Wright.

"After Saturday, and not because I won't win and not because I won't deliver, after Saturday it might be my last fight - and not because of what [Dawson's promoter] Gary Shaw thinks or what anybody else thinks or what the oddsmakers think," Hopkins said.
