BoxingScene.com recently caught up with Golden Boy shareholder Bernard Hopkins who is in Los Angeles for Saturday's fight between Mauricio Herrera and Hank Lundy.  The fight will be televised on HBO Latino.

Hopkins believes the fight will produce fireworks and believes that the usually crafty Herrera will come gunning for a knockout.

He is very confident that Herrera, who is promoted by Golden Boy, will come out with the victory.  When told that Herrera would like to possibly face hard hitting Lucas Matthysse after Lundy, Hopkins expressed his excitement for that potential match up.

"Lucas and Herrera. Can you imagine that fight? That would be one of the biggest fights that can happen this year or early next year. That is a big fight. That is a fight that I think a lot of people want to see," Hopkins told BoxingScene.com.

Matthysse is set to return in the fall, likely in September, against Viktor Postol for the vacant WBC junior welterweight title.
