Philadelphia, PA - Middleweight boxing great Bernard Hopkins has been asked to join former President William Jefferson Clinton as guest speaker at a reception honoring Congressman Chaka Fattah (D-PA) for his 25 years of public service and in support of his re-election campaign.   Hopkins, who will join former President Clinton and Congressman Fattah on stage for the event, will address the crowd immediately following the former President.

A recognized role model in Philadelphia and recently named Philadelphia's Ambassador for Peace, Hopkins is humbled by the honor of standing along side the former President and in support of the Congressman.   "It's an incredible honor that the Congressman has invited me to share the stage with former President Clinton," said Hopkins. "I know how much Congressman Fattah has done for the area and I fully support his efforts to become our next Mayor.   Obviously President Clinton does too."
