Tunisian world traveller Naoufel Ben Rabah, 35-3, has signed a promotional deal with EC Box Promotion in Hamburg. During his long career, Ben Rabah has mainly been fighting out of Australia and has twice fought for the IBF jr. welterweight title. Naoufel will now campaign as welterweight and EC has plans to have him join the WBC World Cup. After suffering his last defeat to Lovemore N'dou in 2007, he's won eleven fights in a row.
