Former three division champion Marco Antonio Barrera plans to expose the chin of UK lightweight star Amir Khan. The two collide on March 14 at the MEN Arena in Manchester. Barrera says that a win over Khan will put him in position for a title shot. He thinks Khan makes too many mistakes and has a suspect chin.

''That's what gets me to fight. If I beat this kid I am definitely getting a title shot in my next fight. I have seen him a couple of times and studied his fights,'' Barrera said. ''I know he's a good fighter but he makes mistakes and I think he has a questionable chin. I feel sure I can beat him.''

"Amir Khan should be worried that Marco Antonio Barrera is going to get him and make him the next English fighter on his list. 'I don't put the round but it's coming. I don't predict what will happen. I just go on to prove it.''

Khan, a 2004 Olympic silver medal winner, is trained by Freddie Roach, who worked Manny Pacquiao's corner for two dominating wins over Barrera. Several years ago, Khan watched one of his idols, Naseem Hamed, lose to Barrera, but he doesn't think Barrera is the same fighter - and Khan feels that he is more versatile than Hamed.

''I have always had the ambition to go out and fight all the best fighters and this is the start. I am fighting a legend who has won world titles at three different weights. This is my motivation for getting into the gym and fighting a lot harder. I saw him beat Naseem Hamed but I am totally different fighter than Naseem Hamed,'' Khan said.
