BoxingScene.com was advised by promoter Lou DiBella that Randall Bailey (41-7, 36KOs) will face Said Ouali (27-3, 19KOs) in an IBF final eliminator on December 10 at Lotto Arena in Belgium.
Ouali has been 13-1 since November 2004, with the only loss being close split decision to WBC mandatory Selcuk Aydin in April 2009. After getting knocked out by Juan Urango last August, Bailey moved up to welterweight and put himself back in the mix by destroying Jackson Osei Bonsu in the first round of their March fight. The winner will get a shot at current champion Jan Zaveck (30-1, 17KOs).
"Randall is going to fight Said Ouali in December. The fight is happening in Belgium. I like Randall's chances in the fight. The winner will get a shot at the champion Zaveck," DiBella told BoxingScene.com.
