2000 Olympic gold medal winner Audley Harrison is furious with the tactics of David Haye's Hayemaker Promotions. Harrison claims that Haye's promotional company made him return to the UK earlier than he wanted and they never provided a reason as to why he was needed back early. Harrison had been training at a high altitude camp in Big Bear, California and planned to stay for at least another week. He returned to London on Tuesday in response to a Hayemaker request.
In response to what Harrison believes are mind games, he is even more motivated to hurt Haye in the ring. Harrison is convinced that he's going to knock Haye out.
"I wanted to stay in America longer, I was in altitude," Harrison told Sky Sports News. "But Hayemaker wanted me here earlier, I don't know what for.
"I will be knocking out David Haye, no doubt in my mind. All this tells me they are worried and I can't wait to get into the ring. It ain't going to affect anything, no excuses. I am a professional. Obviously they are stipulating what they have to stipulate and we will work around it. It is not a problem at all."
