Arnaoutis Decisions Ankrah, Maddalone Stops Nelson

At the Roseland Ballroom in New York, "Mighty" Mike Arnaoutis (21-2-2, 10 KOs) won a ten round unanimous decision over Ben Ankrah (11-8, 3 KOs). The scores were 100-90, 100-90 and a mysterious 96-94. It was a one-sided contest with Arnaoutis boxing Ankrah's ears off for ten rounds.

In the co-feature, Vinny Maddalone (31-4, 22 KOs) stopped Terrell Nelson (8-7, 5 KOs). in the second round of a heavyweight contest. The fight was stopped after Maddalone was punishing Nelson, who was trapped against the ropes and was not protecting himself enough or returning fire.
