Alex Ariza, the strength and conditioning coach of Amir Khan, was on the attack when informed that Devon Alexander called Khan "overrated." Khan (23-1, 17KOs) defends his WBA junior welterweight on December 11 against Marcos Maidana (29-1, 27 KOs), while Alexander (21-0, 13 KOs) puts his WBC title on the line against WBO king Timothy Bradley (26-0, 11 KOs) on January 29. Both fights will be televised on HBO. Khan would like to fight Alexander next, should both of them win their scheduled obligations.

"If you have insomnia, watch Devon Alexander fight. [You'll be asleep] after the first," Ariza told FanHouse.

He later asked for the identity of the boxer who Alexander last fought. When advised that it is was Andreas Kotelnik, Ariza sarcastically replied - "and they gave [the decision] to him? That's the only way Devon Alexander will get a win....brutal ass."
