On December 3 at the Bell Centre in Montreal, and part of the series "Fast & Furious," born in Calgary but now living in Montreal, Arash Usmanee (9-0), will attempt to win NABA super featherweight when he faces Mexican Pedro Navarette (25-9-3), who was the WBC Fecombox champion between 2007 and 2008. In Montreal last March, Navarette lost a unanimous decision against the Ontarian Logan McGuinness, who is now NABA champion in the lightweight division.
In his last fight played in Philadelphia on October 8, Arash Usmanee picked up a win by unanimous decision over American Prospect Anthony Flores (9-1-1). Usamanee is a five time Canadian champion in the amateurs.
Note that WBC international champion David Lemieux will be involved in the main fight of the evening. He will face an opponent whose name has not been confirmed. In the main support, Sebastien Demers will take on Renan St-Juste.
