At the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California, WBA super middleweight champion Andre Ward (22-0, 13KOs) dominated Allan Green (29-2, 20KOs) to win an easy twelve round unanimous decision. Ward picks up two points and takes the lead as the tournament points leader in the Super Six Boxing Classic with a tally of four points, and Arthur Abraham sits at number two in the tournament with three points. The scores were 120-108, 120-108 and 120-108. Ward will next face Andre Dirrell on September 25 and Green will fight WBC champion Mikkel Kessler on a date to be determined.

Green had no answers for Ward in the fight. Ward was too fast, too accurate and too good. He battered Green against the ropes and outboxed him in the middle of the ring. Green was simply outclassed in almost every single round. It was an easy night of work for Ward.
