WBA junior welterweight champion Amir Khan (25-1, 17KOs) sees no reason to grant Paul McCloskey (22-1, 12KOs) a rematch. Their bout at the MEN Arena in Manchester was stopped early in the sixth round after a clash of heads opened up a cut above the left eye of McCloskey. All three judges scored it 60-54.

Khan doesn't agree with Hearn.

"I'm looking for bigger things like a fight a fight with Timothy Bradley. I was beating [McCloskey] easy. I think he took some good punches and surprised me and Freddie, but I think if the fight would have continued I would have hurt him bad. Nobody wants to see him get hurt bad. I would have knocked him out," Khan said.
