Former champion Amir Khan is having a tough time selecting a winner for the upcoming super middleweight rematch between IBF/WBA 'regular' champion Carl Froch and mandatory challenger George Groves. The first time, last November, Groves dropped Froch in the first round and came close to a major upset before Froch rallied to gain a controversial stoppage in the ninth round. The rematch is set for May 31 at Wembley Stadium in London.
"I think it's going to be a good 50-50 fight. I think it depends on who starts first, who starts the quickest. I think Groves, what gave him confidence in the first fight is when he put [Froch] down and then he had a good few rounds after that. I think this time around Froch will know what to expect," Khan told Sky Sports Ringside. "I lean more towards Froch on this one. He's bigger, strong and more experienced, but the tables can turn."
