Former champion Amir Khan (27-3, 19KOs) wants to reclaim his WBC/WBA junior welterweight titles and he also wants revenge. In July, he was dropped three times and stopped in the fourth by Danny Garcia (25-0, 16KOs).

Khan, now trained by Virgil Hunter, returned two weeks ago and stopped Carlos Molina in ten rounds. He wants to take a fight in April and then wants the rematch with Garcia. He asked their mutual promoter to make the fight, but says the champion's controversial father/trainer is not in favor of the rematch.

"I've left it to Golden Boy Promotions to make that fight for me. I've put the fight to Danny Garcia now and he's not given me an answer. His father is not really keen on it but its the fight that I want," Khan told Sky Sports.
