Alycia Baumgardner becomes the 2nd fighter under the MVP banner to claim a 12-round, unanimous decision. She joined legendary counterpart Amanda Serrano after a dominant points win over Canada's Leila Beaudoin, 13-1-1 (2 KOs). Scores were 117-110, 117-110 and 118-109.
"Listen, I give myself an A+," Alycia Baumgarder told Netflix's Ariel Helwani. "It's been an emotional roller coaster. I did this for my dad. I buried my dad last year and it's been a hard, transitional period. I pushed through and I dominated."
Baumgardner, 17-1 (7 KOs) made her seventh overall title defense of at least one belt dating back to November 2021.
