Universum Box-Promotion has put in the winning purse bid in Budapest for the WBO cruiserweight eliminator. The eliminator will pit Universum boxer Alexander Alekseev (No 2 in the WBO rankings) against Denis Lebedev (No. 1 WBO), to create the next mandatory challenger for the WBO Cruiserweight World Champion Marco Huck. By winning the bid, Universum has acquired the rights to stage the fight.
