Mexico's Alejandro Sanabria (31-1-1, 24KOs) retained his WBC silver lightweight title by knocking out Filipino boxer Jhunriel Ramonal (12-5) in four rounds at the Gimnasio Manuel Bernardo Aguirre in Chihuahua, Mexico. Ramonal was penalized a point in the fourth round for a rabbit punch and he was also down in the fourth before the stoppage came. Sanabrian is inching closer to a shot at the full WBC champion, Antonio DeMarco.
