German promoter Agon Sports has signed up four Cuban prospects who will all make their professional debuts on the Cuban Boxing Night II on November 29 at the Hotel Melia Internacional in Varadero, Cuba.
The four are flyweight Alejandro Claro Fiz, featherweight Seidel Horta, cruiserweight Nelson Williams and light heavyweight Keyler Garcia.
All have been national champions at least once, and Horta and Fiz participated in the 2024 Olympics.
Fiz is in against Argentinian Mauro Nicolas Liendo, 11-10 (6 KOs); Horta meets Dominican Misael Vasquez, 18-5-1 (16 KOs); Williams squares off against Jankelly Rodriguez Paulino of the Dominican Republic, 4-0 (4 KOs); and Garcia will fight Colombian Armando Fontalvo, 4-3 (1 KO).
The show is headlined by Cuban junior welterweight Erislandy Alvarez, 5-0 (2 KOs) – a 2024 Olympic gold medalist – against Rogelio Osvaldo Jimenez Laguna of Mexico, 14-2-1 (9 KOs); and Spaniard by way of Morocco junior lightweight Moussa Gholam, 24-1 (15 KOs), against Ramiro Alfredo Cesena Gonzalez of Mexico, 19-2-1 (13 KOs).
