Adrian "Confessor" Hernandez (22-2-1, 14KOs) is already back in Mexico, returning earlier in the week from a "Fight of The Year" war with Kompayak Porpramook (44-3, 30KOs) in Thailand. Hernandez lost by way of a tenth round knockout, and lost his WBC junior flyweight title. He hopes to get a rematch very soon. The Mexican star was not prepared for the heat and the humid weather of Thailand.

"No excuses. I found a great opponent. Porpramook was much better than I expected. I was surprised by his punching power and speed," he added. "It was a very tough fight. Kompayak caught me right, I was off guard and that's when I got caught in the tenth round. And though no one told me in Thailand, there is speculation that an option was signed for a rematch in Mexico. If that's true, I hope to have that next. I prepared myself very well at the Otomi Ceremonial Center, and worked there for over two months, I do not understand why I got tired so quickly. I think when I hit the weather, it was very hot and the humidity was high."
