According to sources in Russia and Canada, Dmitry Sukhotsky (22-2, 16KOs) is under consideration to face WBC light heavyweight champion Adonis Stevenson (24-1, 20KOs), possibly on a Showtime date of December 20th. Sukhotsky is ranked number 7 under the World Boxing Council and on a four fight win streak and has never been stopped. In recent years, Sukhotsky has knocked out Eduard Gutknecht, Konstantin Piternov, Aleksy Kuziemski and Nadjib Mohammedi. Both of his losses came against Cornelius White and current WBA 'regular' champion Juergen Braehmer.
