Ivaylo Gotzev, manager of former heavyweight champion Samuel Peter (34-4, 27KOs), advised BoxingScene.com that negotiations for an IBF eliminator with Tomasz Adamek (43-1, 28KOs) are "going well." Adamek is scheduled to return on April 16 in Katowice, Poland. Peter has not fought since the ten round knockout loss to IBF/IBO/WBO champion Wladimir Klitschko in September. Gotzev is negotiating with Main Events and has good feeling that a deal can be reached.

"I think we can make a deal. I'm very reasonable. I hope that we can get something done in the next couple of days," Gotzev told BoxingScene.com.
