With his first fight as a promoter a success, his rapping performance while being lowered into the ring one of the highlights of the show, 50 Cent has some plans to bring more theatrics into boxing. The music mogul would love to model Vince McMahon and the success the wrestling giant has brought to his WWE brand.
"(We should) use some of the theatrics that you see in WWE and bringing them into a sport that doesn't have a question mark -- we know boxing is real. We don't say 'is that real?' like wrestling," said 50 Cent. "If you add those different elements to it you can offer something that would be entertaining enough to watch the entire show."
50 Cent's SMS Promotions will have their fighter Andre Dirrell fight on Jan. 19 and will mark his second fight as a promoter.
